Online Sales Consultant
Reports to: Sales Manager/Sales Director

Position Overview:

The Online Sales Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for all new leads and as the liaison between leads /realtors and the onsite sales representatives. The Online Sales Consultant supports the sales and marketing initiatives of View Homes, Inc. The position responds, qualifies, and manages internet, phone, chat, and e-mail information requests.

It is imperative that the Online Sales Consultant maintain a mindset of continual improvement and work diligently to foster a culture of continual improvement within the team, the department, and the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all internet leads from View Homes website and 3rd party sources.
  • Respond quickly to “Live Chat” inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
  • Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with online prospects until an appointment is set to meet with an On-Site Sales Consultant.
  • Send out approved marketing collateral and email correspondence to leads.
  • Maintain a database of leads through CRM prior to hand-off to On-Site team.
  • Maintain a toll-free or division-specific phone number and voicemail for leads.
  • Assist prospect in selecting the best View Homes location for prospective homebuyers.
  • Provide reporting of lead activity and appointment conversion weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Monitor website data on company website, MLS, and all 3rd party websites, including but not limited to Zillow, [please apply online] [please apply online] Report inconsistencies to Corporate and Division Marketing Team.
  • Provide reporting, conversion rates, aggregate data and make recommendations based on results to improve the online customer experience.
  • Delivers consistent follow-up with all leads received at designated milestones.
  • Other projects assigned by Corporate and Division Marketing Department, and Division Leader.
  • Ensure you present yourself in a professional manner, while maintaining an insightful and enthusiastic team focused environment.
  • Maintain positive communication channels to help the flow of information from department to department.
  • Participate in training when needed. This includes learning product knowledge, procedural proficiencies, and computer software.
  • Adhere to departmental operating guidelines and View Homes’ Employee Manual.

EXPERIENCE: One-year experience in a home sales environment or related field.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.

EEO/OSHA/ADA: Able to manipulate and use CRT/screens, keyboards, mouse/pointing devices, etc., associated with contemporary computers. Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
